Evaluation Q3 - What have you learned from your audience feedback?

Website for feedback

I have used this website to bring kudos to the band in a similar way a website would. I was keen to use webtools that were similar to the type of technology that would be used in order to promote my band.

Feedback #2

We have taken this feedback into consideration and this has really brought my attention into how crunched our promo needs to be in order to keep the viewer interested. We will try out some different effects on Adobe to see if we can make this 'illusion that his life is falling apart' become more apparent, and I would like to see possibly if we can capture some more footage so we can get rid of the boring bits, such as opening of door handles, as this was said in Ryan Mcfalls interview as being boring. Hopefully after this feedback we can begin to polish up or pop promo to become more suited to our target audience.

Feeback #1

From this feedback we have decided to cut down the shot where the boy wonders infront of the camera, we have also corrected our grammar in the text at the start. What we haven't cut is the scene where he is being laughed at, this is because I think that the shallow depth of field and hand held camera does show a sense of disorientation and although it may not be evident to some people that the is on the floor, I quite like the artistic aspect of the shot and therefore I want to keep it. What I have done is desaturated the colours slightly and made it slow motion so that it fits in more nicely with the rest of the promo in terms of image and colouring.
